Forms (2008 -09) Percussion members must complete ALL the forms listed below. Simply click on the name of the form and print it. All non-marching students' forms and fees are due on or before August 22, 2008. You may indicate your desire to set up a payment plan on your deposit slip. See below for payment instructions.

They were available at the Parent Booster meeting and were also handed out to all 8th graders following their combined rehearsal. They are here for your convenience if you did not get a form. |
