Auxiliary members must complete ALL the forms listed below.

- The completed DEPOSIT SLIP and $150 deposit are due on or before May 21, 2010
- The completed FAMILY INFORMATION FORM is due on or before May 28, 2010
- All remaining forms and fees are due on or before July 24, 2010 (the first day of band camp)
