In order to remove that nagging doubt we each experience as to WHICH band forms do I need to complete, we have attempted to simplify the process this year for you.  Click on the link below that describes YOUR STUDENT'S level of participation in the band program (i.e., marching or not, auxiliary in band or not, etc.) and simply CLICK on that description.  You will be routed to a page that lists ONLY those forms which you will need to complete.  No questions.  No doubts.  Just fill out ALL of them.  We hope this helps!
