In order to remove that nagging doubt we each experience as to "WHICH band forms do I need to complete?", we have attempted to simplify the process for you.  Click on the link below that describes YOUR STUDENT'S level of participation in the band program (i.e., marching or not, auxiliary in band or not, etc.) and simply CLICK on that description.  You will be routed to a page that lists ONLY those forms which you will need to complete.  No questions.  No doubts.  Just fill out ALL of them.  We hope this helps!

2009-10 Practice Logs!

Now that you have read your Band Handbook .... you have, haven't you?  What?  Okay, go and read the band handbook and then come back ...
 

As I was saying ... now that have read your Band Handbook, you know that there are practice requirements for Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble.  To make it easy for you to keep track of your practice time, use either the PRINTABLE version or download an Excel version that you can enter your time and keep a running tally electronically.

- to download an ELECTRONIC, Excel version of the practice log, simply right-click this link, select "save target as" ... and save the file to your computer where you can access it and save it anytime you want to record your time.

 

 

Checks should be made payable to SMHS Band Boosters and can be submitted in a labeled envelope
 and placed in the white box in the band room OR mailed to:
