UPCOMING DUE DATES:

FRIDAY, MAY 21st
The $150 deposit for Marching Band will be due by Friday, May 21st.

FRIDAY, MAY 28th
The FAMILY INFORMATION FORM will be due from ALL STUDENTS (marchers and non-marchers) no later than Friday, May 28th so that the communications team can compile the database over the summer and be able to send out important information.

In order to remove that nagging doubt we each experience as to "WHICH band forms do I need to complete?", we have attempted to simplify the process for you. Click on the link below that describes YOUR STUDENT'S level of participation in the band program (i.e., marching or not, auxiliary in band or not, etc.) and simply CLICK on that description. You will be routed to a page that lists ONLY those forms which you will need to complete. No questions. No doubts. Just fill out ALL of them. We hope this helps!

BRASS or WOODWIND members who MARCH in the Panther Pride

BRASS or WOODWIND members who DO NOT MARCH (are enrolled in one of the band classes only)

PERCUSSIONISTS who MARCH in the Panther Pride

PERCUSSIONISTS who DO NOT MARCH (are enrolled in percussion class only)

FALL AUXILIARY MEMBERS who also play an instrument in band or percussion class

FALL AUXILIARY MEMBERS who DO NOT play in band

Checks should be made payable to SMHS Band Boosters and can be submitted in a labeled envelope
and placed in the white box in the band room OR mailed to:
