Senior Balloon Bundles
Share your Panther Pride with our graduates with a
"Balloon Bundle" |
These bundles can be used on your
mailbox, graduation sign or anywhere you can think of to say
“CONGRATS GRAD”.
At a cost of only $12, each bundle consists of 5 mylar
balloons (1 congrats, 4 stars) with a decorative weight to
hold them down.
Please return completed order form and payment in a sealed
envelope to the Starr’s Mill front office by FRIDAY, MAY
9th. (Click

Prepaid orders can be picked up on Thursday, May 22nd
between 1p.m. and 4p.m. in the front office.
(Arrangements can be made if you need the balloons at
another time.)

BAND PILLOWS!
What you've all been waiting for!!
These really cool pillows made out of the retired band
uniforms!
CLICK HERE for the order form.
Each pillow is $35.00,
and supplies will be limited.
Be patient - the uniforms have to be "destructed" before
they can be "constructed". We will get them made as
fast as possible. Indicate on the order form if you are a
senior (as the directions describe) and we will TRY (but no
guarantees) to get yours by the end of the year or early
summer. |

Marching Band Forms
are NOW AVAILABLE

It's that time of year! Nature is in full bloom, the
birds are twittering, and BAND FORMS are available!

Yes, it's a lot of paperwork, but we have
simplified it some this year, and ALL of it is important.
Much of it is geared toward the safety and well-being of our
students. COUNTY FORMS
(i.e., Parental Permission & Consent, Code of Conduct
Contract, and Physical Examination/Release forms) are
available from Mr. King, Dr. Poor, or from the front office.
They are in a stapled packet. If you are NOT marching,
you may discard the forms associated with PHYSICAL EXAMS,
but must complete the rest.
BAND FORMS will be posted on
this web site soon. You will click on FORMS (at
the left), select the category that fits you (band class?
marching? wind, percussion or guard? etc.) and you
will be given ONLY the forms you need to complete.
MARCHING DEPOSIT ($100 for
winds/percussion, $150 for auxiliary) are due, along with
the completed DEPOSIT SLIP on or before Friday, May 16th.

Physicals for Marching Band
The school will again have physicians on hand after school on
May 8th for
$20 CASH or CHECK (to SMHS) for student athletes (including marching band).
They will PRE-SELL numbers in line
during lunch that week. We encourage you to buy yours EARLY in the
week to get an EARLY place in line, as there is marching rehearsal that
day. You will be excused to go get your physical and then return to
rehearsal.
Pick up the form packet that must
be completed filled out and signed by a parent from Mr. King or Dr.
Poor. Remember, these forms must be FULLY COMPLETED before you
arrive for your physical.
